fluke fishing 9/13-15 Shinnecock

Yes it looks like some challenging wind conditions the next day or 2. There were some fluke inside pre Labor Day but keepers were scattered

A little late on the follow-up but wanted to circle back with a post-trip report. We had an EPIC day fluke fishing in Shinnecock bay last Friday with my friend and his 9 yr old son. The stiff East wind kept us in the bay. Using spearing and fluke belly we caught and released between 35 to 40 fish! Of the total boated we had 2 short fluke and 35+ world record sea robins! Needless to say, our young angler couldn't have been happier with a smile a mile wide!
