It would appear to be the case. Still had reg numbers and sticker expired in '19.

I got the impression it was bobbing there and blocking the ramp, and somebody dragged it out. Too bad they didn't put a stitch more effort into it and drag it out of the path to the ramp.

There was a dumpster standing right next to it too. Prolly about six people could have got together and tossed it in
