Reminds me of the old school Soviet Generals atop the Lenin's Tomb watching the Victory Day Parade, but they pale in comparison with these as they still had a little room left on their jackets. I wonder if NK has the world's fanciest good conduct medals or awards every political assassination and/or successful rocket test. I'm sure the unsuccessful rocket tests generals are NOT in your picture...
