If I'm over in that direction it sure is an option, otherwise it's a 50 mile round trip, if the car is empty takes about 16gal, gets less than 25 MPG not worth the trip. If over in that direction I'll stop in & fill up.

Only time i remember it being well under $2 was during the height of all the shutdowns in march thru late 2020

They fill there tanker trucks at the same place as the bigger companies, just like oil companies do with home heating oil.
