I'd be very concerned. This fits a pattern the FBI set a very long time ago. It's important to understand the minds of these serial killers and their living conditions are certainly part of that. A man worth 5 million living in a shack. What hell has that lady lived? Did this free her? All important questions. She may have been living under abuse for decades.

I think at the least, the immediate neighbors and locals care? Seems like a bunch of ‘em in the background in the footage and pictures ??

I agree Mitch - many people care especially the families of these horrific crimes. Very captivating case.
Was just thinking of the big picture stuff going on in the country that doesn't get much attention.

Im sure they have that all covered and they are not sitting around like a bunch of house wives posting on the internet wondering how she lived like that after her husband was arrested for being a serial killer.Im sure we will find out all about it in the book or movie lol

Expected.... this not only secures her financial opportunity to secure claim on various assets but also her ability to denounce any involvement or knowledge of her Husbands wrong doings.

If she remained Married to the Monster, she would not be forced to testify against him but would also have to stand by while the financial holdings, resources and income of the accused become frozen or ever attainable.
 
While its not one of his best novels, Neson DeMille's "the Maze" has the hierarchy of the SCPD up to their dirty little noses in the whole "snuffing prostitutes" gambit.

James Burke was the good guy, he was human and beat up career criminal Christopher Loeb after Loeb stole stuff from Burkes locker and tried blackmailing him . DA Spota covered up for his friend and both were sent to jail . Loeb sued the county and walked away with one and a half million dollars. Loeb did wrong and got a big payday with your tax dollers and 2 good men were sent to jail. Ain't right at all !
 
Sarcasm right ? Burke is a total piece of shit and an embarrassment to anyone who has ever carried a badge. “Sputum” covered up for him. They both deserve jail, one more than the other. Loeb is just white trash common criminal scum who got lucky it was Burke’s car that he broke into and stole pornography, sex toys and IIRC, burke’s gun. Recently burke was arrested for offering sex acts. Not a good man.
