FINASTERIDE, so my second opinion says I need to take this always, the first doc never mentioned forever, I’ll pass on that, need to gather more info… cellfish…

I'm on it, no issues, and I'm desperately waiting to see IF it decreases hair loss, which is a listed "benefit", but I ain't holding my breath...

When "The Force" was no longer with me, I started with FLOMAX, (Tamsulosin), but had a bit of an issue on dosage which doesn't come below 10 mg. Look up Post-Micturition Syncope.

Now having good results with 5 mg RAPAFLO (Silodosin), don't you love the trade names?, along with the PROSCAR (Finesteride).

Oh and BTW, the herbal remedy, Saw Palmetto stuff, didn't do jack!! Better living through chemistry!!

That’s the only reason I never got a Tat, seeing the old guys with green blobs on them that used to be tattoos.

RE: prostate size/cancer... bout a year ago at this time I finished up wit my first visit with a Urologist, Doc concluded cancer free but i should take meds to reduce prostate size, forever... I passed on that...

several weeks back on second opinion, Doc gave me more alarming news on prostate size and take meds with some minor surgery visit in the future...

last week third opinion Doc, looked over all the info/data and said, Im good and if im not uncomfortable with my bathroom visits, come back in a year... I happy with that, cellfish...

Ex: my moms eye, was diagnosed with cancer, #1 doc wanted to remove eye ? second doc said the same here in NYC eye & ear…

2 doctors, husband & wife team in Philadelphia saved moms eye with radiation therapy… ??

Jack, yes # 2 doc had data from doc #1, a year before and digested it…

# 3 doc had data from # 1 & 2 with his own diagnose & recommendations…

doctors seem not to care bout sharing info…
I’m on NYU Langone, everything is log into “MYCHART”

it also benefits “ME”, cause with so many questions, it gives a better understanding on what the concern is and gives a sense of clarity… cellfish…
