Hey all- 1lb lamb shank for the BBQ. Should I remove the skin? It’s for the dog so doubt he’ll care much but just asking ? figure a slow cook keep it on the medium rare side for Bear ?

looks delicious, ya need to stick a toothpick thru em and start serving em at the next party… better than bacon wrapped chicken liver as appetizers… C22…
