Did the ribs, they were cooked perfectly but as for taste I will skip the dry rub, too much seasoning.
The basting of bbq sauce (hickory brown sugar) and a mikes hot honey glaze would have been perfect. I think dry rub is a southern thing and has too much parsley and oregano,
