I G-Verbed this really nice steak .
Wife likes it med-well. I figure might as well burn it if it’s not medium.

I slathered it with salt & butter, flipped it a few times at 500* for about 15 minutes….she don’t like it pouring blood…it was pretty goood

Myoglobin* it's not blood that steaks release after cooking.
