Blew the whole cabin section off the hull, man on board hospitalized!!

As per Snoozeday:
The firefighters had to cut a hole in the cabin to get the person out.
Seems like there might have been some hoarding in the vessel.

My guess without any knowledge whatsoever is that he was living aboard, possibly against the marina rules and possibly with nowhere else to stay. I believe they said it was leaking propane that ignited. Cooking ?

That's my FD that responded, but I was out of town. From what I heard, there was a propane explosion and the occupant had to be dug out of the debris. He was then airlifted to the hospital.
