local farmer down here sells it - best I've ever tasted - that's who I buy from - it's a trip pulling into his farm - you get greeted by like a dozen animals when you pull into his yard

ya know how it gets hot ?, it’s da time between the grating and adding the white vinegar... vinegar should not be added while grating in processor... keep vinegar away from stainless, I think... C22...
