Headed up and went out on the 430pm trip on the JJ 2. I was a little skeptical with the wind coming out of the north. We started out front by the CG station. 2 oz bucktail with a teaser tried for a bit with no takers. Being we had wind against tide, I switched over to the spinning set up, 2 oz jig head with a nuclear chicken Gulp! Landed one short with that set up and that was it. Then we started working along the shore, I changed over to a hi-lo floating bucktail rig, for 2 sea robins and that was it. Still a nice night on the water. Guy next to me using the hi-lo plain jane jig... Limited out and had some porgies to take home also. Guess I was too stubborn to try and switch over for a 4th time!
