I would think that when they develop early they'll spin to the north sooner and miss the U.S. coast.
The ones that give us trouble are the ones that spin up directly to our south.

Sam will be going out to sea this will bring rough surf and rip currents to the eastern seaboard later this week could see a watch or warning for Bermuda this week. There are 3 other systems out there when they become a depression or storm i will update. Next update with Sam is if a watch or warning is issued.

Other than powerful hurricane Sam the tropics are very quiet. 4-6 ft waves this weekend for south facing shores. Once this moves away there is Victor that is going to fall apart and not effect anything at all. There are no new systems in the Atlantic. Hopefully this is it for the season. I will follow Sam and when that moves away if there are no new systems I will stop updating. Hope it stays quiet rest of the year

Tropical storm warning discontinued for Bermuda this is the last update on Sam. After 2 days if no new storms develop I will shut down this thread.
