OK, Ernesto JUST became a Tropical Storm @ 08:00 this morning, post away...

This system has an 80 percent chance next 7 days and will become a depression or storm next week. Next update when it becomes a named storm then if it becomes a hurricane. View attachment 83406

Unfortunately this could be a cat 2 when it hits Bermuda.

They changed the forecast for Bermuda. Ernesto will be a major Hurricane when it makes landfall this weekend

I saw that, now looking lit a CAT 2 hitting Bermuda, although leaning a bit more west.

I am looking at the marine forecast for the area and all south facing shores the swells from Ernesto will start Friday night and continue through Monday Friday night 3 to 6 ft swells and increasing to 6 to 10 Saturday to Monday.

Lots of wind shear and The sararin dust is prohibiting any development now I continue to watch every 6 hours and if anything develops I will update
