If I read the maps correctly, there is a High sitting south east of Florida which would push it southwest to the south and then west and if it came up the coast it would get pushed really far offshore.

Going to keep a eye on Franklin. Keeps moving closer to The coast. This will impact the area next week with swells and beach erosion. Next update if a watch or warning is issued for the jersey shore or the NYC metro. The other systems are not worth noting at this time.

The most recent forecast track for Franklin shows it developing into a hurricane over the weekend and possibly tracking to the west of Bermuda and towards the US coast
May need to pay attention towards the end of the week??
