I was told...

I was told that Marine Stabil has Startron in it, but have not been able to verify that. I looked up the ingredient list. Some ingredients are listed as proprietary or trade secrets.
Anyone know?

I dunno what's in it, but I've used Stabil 360 (1oz per 10gals at every fill-up) for many years and my Holley carb stays whistle-clean inside. None of that nasty white residue that I used to have to clean out of the bowls. I highly recommend.

I also doubt that there's any such thing as "enzymatic action," in the context that Startron uses the term. I've run the idea passed some pretty good PhD'ed biologists that I sell to and they look at me like I'm crazy. A little too "Snake-oily" for me.

Don't forget you've got an I/O with basically an auto engine. Outboards have the bigger issues with ethanol...
Yes outboards have many bigger issues than inboards. One of the biggest issues with me is i can work on mine even 50 miles out. I have 8 cylinders but only have one carburetor not 4 or 8. I have one coil not 8 . And on and on. But the best part is my tool box contains all American tools in American sizes. :p
