If I didn't find them so hard to clean I would be crabbing every day instead of drifting around for fluke. IMHO much more delicious than lobster or shrimp and to even try to compare them to shellfish ?! After two vacations there we will probably not return to Italy but if we did we would definitely endeavor to eliminate their "problem" as much as we could.
