Fished today caught about 15 short fluke and 1 22” keeper. All fish caught on bucktails and gulp All fish were caught in shallow water 12-15 ft.

Back in the day you never had to leave that bay to put a good catch together.

On Tuesday I got 1 22” keeper out here in Shinnecock and was happy as heck with that

nice job!!

I fish for fluke from the surf and just about all the fish i catch are shorts. Makes no difference. Just happy to be out there.

Yes the bay has been tough lately but I’ll be out there tomorrow you just have to put your time in.
