JS Company USA

Similar. Wait til the Spring shows. Kil should have much more to show than he had at the Edison Show last Spring, which could best be described as “sparse.”

I go to Ward Melville. However if he will be at another on Long Island, which ones does he go to?
Maybe an unfair question, but you never know.

Please allow me to follow up on this post. My son-in-law got me a Shimano Stradic C5000XG for Christmas. I needed a rod. I reached out to Leprechaun for suggestions.

Long story short, one of the rods mentioned was the JS USA rods. I reached out to Kilsong regarding his rods. I asked if he was going to Ward Melville. He said he couldn’t as he has a conflict.

We discussed my rod and fishing preferences and Kilsong recommended the Inshore Supreme L or UL rods. I asked where I could purchase a JS rod and he said he would hook up with me today. We met and he brought a few rods to examine.

My personal preference was the Supreme L. They are lighter than my Black Hole Challenger Bank 701 L rods. He assumed me they are similar will all the aspects I like about my Black Hole rod.

I was with Lep last spring when we visited Kilsong at the JS booth in Edison. It is true there were mostly unfinished blanks on display at the time. However, being an owner of a Black Hole rod myself and pulling on some of the JS blanks, it was obvious this new offering to the market is destined to be a winner.

The fact that Kilsong was so accommodating is not a surprise; he is one great fisherman and a terrific fellow.
Best of luck with your new outlift, Guy. I'm sure you will quickly fall in love with it!!
