My last visit to the recent hot spot was this past Sunday where for the 5th consecutive day, I was able to land a 28+" fish, hence the new "name". As part of my accused "pitiful existence", I went back today and even though that streak ended, I had a delightful morning's sport with 6 fish 22 - 26". I enjoyed taking in all the unmistakable, welcome signs of Autumn, Orion rising in the pre-dawn's Eastern sky, Loons in the harbor and peanut bunker in the river.
On the negative side, autumn means that those DumbF**K juvenile gulls are out, swooping down, grabbing your poppers, even coming back time and time again after picking it up and realizing it's not edible!! Seriously consider bringing the shotgun to get them out of the gene pool.
