Headed over to Ashroken area off the lighthouse. Managed about 6 fluke. Most all not worth measuring, 15-17" fish. Then when I was about to call it quits nailed a nice 24" 5lb fluke. I probably should have switched my rigs to smaller baits. Was using a ball jib with 4" gulp. Nice way to start the season on my shake down ride. South wind kicked up which made for a wet ride back home into the harbour. Hopefully this bite lasts as I won't be able to get out for another 2 weeks.
