Managed all of 3 snappers after only two yesterday. But what happened to the small snappers? These are just below barbecue size. anyway after missing a strike the same 19" weak came back and got himself hooked (5/0 circle). 2nd snapper bitten in half and by the size of the bite it wasn't a cocktail! Tried for another hour with the third and only managed to have a halfhearted bite from some toothy fish on it. Depending on the wind I might go out tomorrow on the kayak again. Going to actually use the boat Friday. One of these days I have got to learn to throw my cast net...
