So Frank Sr (AKA) the Legend and I waiting out the rain the morning. We left the dock at about 10.30, and started fluke fishing the back bay in Huntington. Leave it to the legend first fish he catches is a small weakfish that was a squeaker at legal size released to fight another day. We boated a few short fluke and decided to fish last of the out going tide for bass. Had three over sized and a slot fish at 30”. The weather turned real nice and I guess everyone wanted to get out got super busy out there on the bass grounds. So we both agreed to go back in the bay and fish the beginning of incoming. Probably boated about another 12 or so short fluke and called it a day.
