Morning Fluke

Saw the forecast for a perfect drift with North wind and falling tide for this morning so I told my boss I'm taking the morning off. Had instant action from the 1st drift. Got a bunch of shorts and 2 nice 'twin" keepers just over 19" but nice and fat. The tide died and the bite shut right down. Didn't have time to wait around for the tide to change so headed back to the dock and back to work.

Tomorrows forecast looks identical so may try and hit it again...

Way to go, Mitch.
After our conversation planning a Tog trip I went back out to the Sound and once again slammed the Sea Bass. Easy limit in an hour all by myself, nice and quiet for a change!

Hi Mitch, I will keep that in mind once the current weather pattern settles down.
