I used to love doing a trip to Coxes for Cod every summer on my boat but have not done so in years.

Even though it's just a pleasant memory for me now, just the thought that yet another option has been taken off the table makes me sad.

IMHO these regs are a day late and a dollar short!

The thing that bothers me the most is the new regs do absolutely nothing to protect the Winter Spawn South of Block Island!

I guess they can now build their windmills with any annoying boats to get in the way!
