Not unless the "quota" method for managing the species changes. Even with the longer season and 1/2 inch reduction, and presuming the trends of less and less fluke continues this year, I would not be shocked if we again fail to achieve the Rec quota and see another increase next year. what’s so hard bout makin it 20” even… cellfish…Some good news for a change. NY anglers will see an increase in season length and a shortning of the size limit to 18.5 inches.
