This is one of my favorites that I put together last winter, easy and no frying needed.
Use a full quart size zip lock bag of Cod fillets - Feeds about 4 persons well.
Chop up the following:
Orange peel from one whole orange
Fresh ginger root
Scallions (green onion)
Mix them up in a bowl then add the following in the bowl:
1 Teaspoon of crushed red pepper
1 Tablespoon of sesame seeds
1 cup of orange juice
Sprinkle of black pepper.
Mix all up again with adding in one bottle of *Kikoman Orange Sauce or other brand. ( Kikoman is the best for me)
Place the COD fillets in an oiled baking tray, cover with the above mixture and bake in the oven at 350 deg. until done.
Serve with Jasmine Rice.
