By virtue of the "Italian Beef" line, I KNOW that's NOT a pizza, but the F-ING CASSEROLE that the people of Chicago foist as "Deep Dish Pizza".

Pizza is the proud invention of Naples, Italy, made to be eaten on the run. I defy ANYONE to eat a piece of Chicago Pizza Casserole with their hands. You need a knife and fork, and it's a frigging geologist's delight, the ingredients piled on in separate layers. God forbid the sauce should actually meet with the meat...

Most of the pizza anywhere but NY is chit. Even here on Long island it's garbage. Want good pizza, go to Brooklyn, where I was born and raised on great pizza. I live on LI. That's why I make my own, dough and all from scratch.
