Pizza time everything pizza

Great Pie; Remember....the Fresh Mozzarella will release some of its water while cooking...........
I like to Break some of the cheese smaller and settle closer to the edge, this makes the crust remain formative but still crisp and tasty.
 
Marinara Sauce, Fresh Garlic, Oregano, Large Pepperoni (antipasto size), Basil Pesto, Mushrooms, Fresh Mozzarella, Fresh Garlic, Artichoke Hearts, Diced Shallots
