Pizza time everything pizza

Thanks everyone for the words of encouragement. I'll try another next week.
Going to research different sauce recipes.
It was fun to do.

Go to your favorite pizza place and buy the dough from them. Sauce is yours to make or also get it from your pizza place

So I tried and it was not bad for my first time. I need to work on spreading out the dough. The first one came out with too much crust at the edge. The second one was a little better, but not much.
The sauce was OK, but I'll look at another recipe. I'll accept help (^^hint, hint ^^)
There was none leftover.

Nice job Crabbs.... looks great, the roll out is the toughest part and gets better with every pie.
I like the look of it overall and the amount of Cheese

If you put anchovie on half, its on all.

Just saying....if someone does not like that, make a separate pie for the anchovie pie and don’t cook it first.

I took a step backwards this week. I used Red Pack Whole Plum Tomatoes. Last week I used San Marzano tomatoes. When I put them in the food processor this week they were a lot more watery than last week. They never cook down enough and they made the crust soggy.
