here in Town - Da Vinci's Italian Grill on King Street (runs parallel to Market Street) - former Jerseyite by way of Commack owns it - he built the building it's in (post & beam construction) - use to be in construction - retired - moved down here & opened a restaurant (something he always wanted to do)

Wife cooks it in a baking sheet brushed with evoo , in oven at 450* for 12 min.
She does roll out the doe pretty thin. that makes it crunchy throughout and bubble up, luv that.
