Gotta try reheating in a frying pan, cook on med-low heat, cook till bottom is crisp and then add drops of water away from the pizza and cover the pan. The steam will melt the cheese!!

What did you put under the pie to keep it from slipping between the grates? I'm thinking a pizza stone but I can't see one. Just wondering. BTW, looks like a white pizza and it looks great.
