I did not do a cold reboot, only a restart (WIN 10) using Chrome and no icons still, yet the restart requires me to put in all the userIDs and passwords on all the websites I frequent and usually do not have to do so (although not a bad idea keeping it this way, lol.)

That is weird, since that is a "reboot" and that fixed my problem with the icons. I didn't have to resort to a power down/power on cold restart...

Clearing just my images fixed my issue

This one is weird. When I get to preview post, I can't make any edits to text before I final post.
I was previewing music videos, but couldn't edit the text of the post until I went back a page - but then the media link to the video was gone.

Not a game changer but you asked what was happening

Seems like that there is no time limit as to when you can delete posts. I just deleted a post I made in 5/2020 in the Sports Pub NFL thread.
PS add to that editing. I just edited this post after 2 hours have elapsed..

Historical correction here. Columbus NEVER set foot on US soil so he, nor the members of any of his expeditions, didn't kill any native Americans.

I know, that's splitting hairs and certainly no excuse for the genocide that followed the colonizations of the Americas.

I'm curious to see if the PC police start taking down former Presidents, respected Statesmen, and Civil War heroes that were directly responsible for those atrocities during the 18th & 19th centuries...

They've compressed them Larry. You have to hit the drop down menus on the existing icons and the "Three Dot" icons...

so is the attach files/picture thingy - how do you attach pictures other then copying & pasting them? Long & tedious process.

It's the same...still have insert picture to the left of the far right 3 dots
I prefer right click copy/paste, or drag and drop from a saved location

last two days site is loading very slowly - I occasionally get bounced out saying "Site Can't be Reached" - ha e to hit the refresh icon & then it loads once that happens
