Question

As I do also, car service, Dr's office, etc. A Kindle is a different platform and one has to adjust accordingly. I can't think of a single website that looks the same in all the different internet browsers, on all the different smartphone OS, nor on all the different tablets. Need to go with the flow and make browsing/usage adjustments accoringly, "Crap I can't stand how Joe's Bar and Grill looks on my Fire, let me grab my laptop".

As Sy Simms always said, "An educated consumer is our best customer."

Dom - can I load Chrome onto the Kindle Fire?

Google it. You have to circumvent Amazon's desire to keep folks from loading any programs they haven't got a hand in. You have to learn how to load programs from APKs. Not recommended for those faint of heart. Recommended Geek Level - Moderate.

Getting Gmail to work is Geek Level - Extreme

over grown?

I like the Kindle when I'm in doctor's offices, car service dealerships, etc. Laptop too inconvenient in those situations.

Well it's been awhile.....................

Site seems awfully slow today. IT's been flying like greased lightning (still sure why anyone would want to grease lightning but I digress). Is anyone else experiencing that?
