It is with a heavy heart that Michael and I have to share the heart breaking news that our daughter Serena has passed away the day before Thanksgiving. She absolutely loved working on the boat and was so happy to reconnect with her Lazybones family. Thank you all for embracing her and loving her which she so deserved. Missing her already and may her boys know how much she loved them and was working so hard to get them back into her life. They were her everything every single fucking day...

I was never much of a fan of the Monkees (my younger brother is gonna be devastaed), I did however have some respect for Nesmith as he was really the only one that actually had some musical experience when they were "put together".

I did become something of a fan after he exited the group & formed his own band - The 1st National Band. They released three albums before breaking up. I own two of them. They were a Country Rock band before Country Rock "became a thing".

Interesting fact:
Bette Nesmith Graham
