Recommend tilefish hooks.

Tying up some tilefish rigs. What size hook and brand would you recommend? Offset or non offset circle hook? Fishing the northeast canyons.

I just switched to Mustad Demon perfect circle inline 39944-BN 8/0
Used them yesterday and they where great actually my favorite so far.
Hook up rate was probably 100%.
