My annual early August blackfish trip with Captain Rich Tenreiro was another success.
We were supposed to fish yesterday (Monday) but with the forecast, were able to switch things to an afternoon sail on Sunday.
We had lots of action and a few over 4#. My buddy Bob got this fat 8.5# fish. We ended the day with a boat limit, some triggers and even a slot bass that stayed down on the bottom and impersonated a DD blackfish.
