Thanks JoeB!Wow Chinacat, I’m loving your ribs. The St.Louis cut are getting more n more popular than the baby backs. Love the par roasted with dry rub first then slowly finish them off on the grill wit da sauce. Juicy, I can tell. Not burnt and dried out like others I’ve seen. Then they lather them up or dip in sauce to cover it up!?. Great job.
