I put a compression sleeve on my knee to stop my leg from involuntary jumping around....keeps it nice and calm for some reason......other than that I'm STRONG LIKE BULL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wear a compression sock on my right leg every morning from 6am - 11am or longer some days (till I hit the shower)

while working weights , walking or yoga depending what day it is…I have it on.
it works, the weaker leg needs it.
Not every day but the days it lets me know it needs help I give it some Voltairen and dr shoals compression sock.

gotta get something for the shoulder after weight day, looking into a Tommy copper ice brace.

I can’t quit , gotta beat the pain One way or another.
