This whole topic is a bit bizarre. If you think about it, this SOB wanted to be a Martyr so if you execute him, you're fulfilling his utmost desire so he can get to Paradise and those 40 virgins. A lifetime sentence with no parole is actually a better punishment in this case, and trust me I'm not a person who doesn't believe in the death penalty. Life sentences w/o parole cost tax payers a crap load more than an execution, if the idiots can figure a way to do it. Hell, a concentrated KaCl IV solution bolus stops the heart in no time flat, just put them to sleep with a barbiturate and pop in the KaCl...

Kind of like what a sadist should do you do when a masochist begs him to beat the crap out of him.. Should the sadist make him happy and beat the shit out of him, of should he make himself happy and buy him a puppy to torture him???

I don’t disagree with any of that and I too am NOT opposed to the death penalty
If someone close to me was the victim of the person being executed maybe then I might be interested in watching them suffer but generically, I dont have a need to watch it if I have no direct personal tie to the victim
