I would have brought the mid range up a touch or two & dropped the bass several (mid way). Used to love having an equilizer on my system.

Me too...the mid range would be at zero. Bass would be dropped slightly and treble maxed.

I didn't know anyone that had one of these...it picked up the audio from the TV stations to play thru your car's AM radio?

Never knew of it. Best I had was a FM Radio Converter. Cool back then.
