HOLY crud,,,, I remember that,Ace, King, Queen, playing against a brick wall, aka Chinese Hand ball. If the ball hit a errant surface we would call ‘hindu’ . No idea why. I believe the penalty for losing was ‘asses up’.

The Knife sharpening man lugging around his honing stone apparatus while ringing a bell.
The vegetable man’s truck once or twice a week.
The Fish man’s truck on Friday’s. Surprise, surprise.
And hard to believe, the Junk Man’s horse drawn carriage once in a while.
