Small Truck Tires

Learned Colleagues:

OK, in Nov, 2015 the Admiralty issued a standing order that I had to buy a pickup and stop borrowing ones from friends and neighbors to launch and retrieve the boat.

Well that wasn't too painful an order for me, but my neighbor who got a 1.75 bottle of Mount Gay rum as a rental fee wasn't too excited. I got myself a new, 2016 Tacoma. Had her in for an oil change this week and was surprised to hear I was going to need new tires soon. Dang thing only has 24,500 miles on it, and if you don't count a single trip to the Midwest, I'd probably be under 20,000 miles on it. It's most critical responsibility is boat hauling, all of 60 miles total a year

When I asked the Tech WTF? he said, oh yeah, the OEM Toyo tires are only good for 30,000 miles and I'd probably make that.

Not a fan of these Toyos, and really not a fan of having to reshoe the horse every 30,000 miles. I doubt I'll ever put more than another 50,000 miles on it, but want to make the next set of tires the last set I ever put on. What's a good and reasonably priced tire for a Tacoma that doesn't do any off road driving and gets less than 7,000 miles a year on it?
