today i made another cheese cake....made my own gram crumbs....bake cheese cake for 1 and a half hours,,, 350/ 15 min,,, then down to 275 forr 115min.........when its done.....keep oven door shut for an hour,, then opened up the oven door a bit has too cooled it down that way,,,,,,{temp},,,,,,,, has to be cooled down slow,,, then you get no cracks,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
