Having some herring ..... new years tradition for good luck. First time trying this brand. Usually have Vita, but I have to say, this was excellent !

I usually make my own, but this year I didn't get any herring.

Back on the diet. Only snack I eat is a mix of raw almonds, raw cashews, and walnuts.
