A lot of chicken farms there right?

chickens, corn, tomatoes. cotton, soybean, hops - kinda the breadbasket of Virginia................

They use the chicken poop to fertilize the fields. Tyson & Perdue both have processing plants here. They donate/sell the poop to the farmers as fertilizer. For about 5 weeks in the Spring you get that aromatic smell.

Crabapple Tree is next - flower buds about to open.
I have a Plum right behind the Crabapple where the buds are forming.

Lilacs are showing buds as well...
