Spring Striped Bass Questions

Hi All. I have questions on where and how to target striped bass in the spring. I fished in the fall jigging and trolling in the ocean just west of Jones Inlet with pretty good success for my first season. I was just wondering if I should do the same in the spring or stay in the bay? If I stay inside what is the best way to fish stripers? Thanks

Anchor near bridges and clam chum. U will need 2 weed thru a lot of shorts 4 a keepa. Best inside is snag a few bunker then live line them inside the canals. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR TIDES!!! If u r outside trolling is best when u get on them diamond jig or cast a few plastics if they r solid u will catch. U can never go wrong w live bunker no matter where u fish inside or out.........
