Yeah like right now prime amazon members are paying 7.99 a pound for skirt steaks. Although I hate freezing steak, I can’t help to wrap a few 2 pound packages tightly for the freezer. The good thing is I know the difference between the outside skirts steaks and the inside skirt steaks...?
