Was just looking at the nutrition label on a jar of tomato ? sauce...
It say per serving 6 grams of Sugar, three (3) of those is added sugar, probably white sugar... not good white sugar, and 4 grams of sugar is equal to one (1) teaspoon... 16 oz regular non diet soda has 56 grams of sugar = to 14.5 teaspoons of sugar...
too much for me, hope my arithmetic is right...
