but rarely for much of a loss. If the Rams could block for even a marginal running game this game would not have been close.

The Rams-Bengals encounter by comparison was estimated to bring in a viewing audience of around 117 million, which would make it the most viewed of all time. At the time of writing, however, we have still not received official figures (these will be updated as soon as they arrive).

definitely one of the most exciting. once the overpaid behemoths got past the kneeling BS I came back. With maybe one or two exceptions, ALL the playoff games were virtual nail biters.

After the wild card round they were almost all really close games.

Moment Snoop Dogg smokes giant joint moments before taking to the stage for star-studded Super Bowl halftime show​

  • Snoop Dogg appeared to have smoked weed just before taking the stage at the 2022 Super Bowl halftime show
  • A clip of him discreetly puffing on what appears to be a joint has been circulating on social media
  • The NFL has strict policies against marijuana use, though recreational weed is legal in California - where the game was played
  • NFL execs also tried to 'disgustingly censor' rap legend Dr. Dre ahead of his performance Sunday night, a source has revealed
  • In the weeks leading up to the big game, the rapper had gone back and forth with league officials about lyrics and content of songs he performed onstage
  • Specifically, officials took issue with the lyrics from the rapper's 1999 hit 'Still D.R.E.' - 'Still f—- with the beats, still not loving police'
  • Officials also urged Dre and other performers Snoop Dogg, 50, Kendrick Lamar, 34, Mary J. Blige, 51, 50 Cent, 46, and Eminem, 49, to not kneel during the show
  • Eminem, however, Dre's former mentee, defiantly made the gesture, kneeling for several minutes during the performance while the former NWA star played piano
  • The revelation concerning the censorship attempt comes as the league grapples with its ability to handle controversy in the wake of its 56th Super Bowl
 
So it's possible, that the music we learned to love when we were in High School 50 years ago is not the most popular among 30 and 40 year olds today, 50 years later, and the choice of the NFL to play to a younger audience is not worth throwing a tantrum over or a sign that European socialists have infiltrated the NFL and want to take your guns. Lighten up. Just a thought.
 
I doubt the "younger audience" the National Felons League evidently tried to play to re: the half time show gathered too many from that "younger audience" anyway. Neither of my sons watched nor did their friends. They might have watched the 1/2 time show on you tube later, but underline might.
